Complesso turistico nautico realizzato con il recupero di un’area industriale dismessa sulla spiaggia di Castellammare di Stabia in riva sinistra del fiume Sarno. L’intervento comprende la costruzione del porto e della darsena tecnica, di un rimessaggio all’asciutto di edifici commerciali ed industriali, albergo ristorante ed aree sportive.
La marina si estende su una superfice territoriale di 40 ettari e, oltre ed edifici commerciarli-industriali-residenziali, dispone di 1450 posti barca.

Nautical tourist complex created through the redevelopment of a disused industrial area on the beach of Castellammare di Stabia on the left bank of the Sarno River. The project includes the construction of the harbor and the technical dock, commercial and industrial buildings, a hotel restaurant, and sports areas.
The marina covers an area of 40 hectares and, in addition to commercial, industrial, and residential buildings, has 1450 boat berths.
